For Fitness we are working to improve our Fitness by going out for Daily Fitness sessions.
On Friday 25th March we did the beep test. Which is where you run back and fourth of a quarter of the turf, and there will be a beep, and if you do not get to each sides before the beep, you are out, or if you feel too tired and can't go on. My result was 8.1, the same as another girl Emily. We both decided to go out at the same time. '
The second beep test we did I got 9.1
It's much better than last time, and I think that's because of all the cross country training.

For Cross Country I did very well and came 1st.
I am looking forward to interschool which is this Wednesday.

For Regional Cross Country I placed 19th.
